Raghda Sanad takes pride for creating a unique recipe: Tomatoes Jam. Although an unorthodox way to use tomatoes, Raghda was able to work on a personal recipe, which turned the sharp tasting tomatoes into a sweet spread that could be served with rich butter and aromatic Arabic coffee. Her passion in culinary arts motivated her to enroll in cooking classes to refine her skills and it was during these classes that Raghda was inspired to transform tomatoes into jam receiving good reviews from everyone who tasted it. In addition to her passion for cooking, Raghda receives guests in her house and also caters to groups who visit her hometown Artas (in Bethlehem) to support her family while seeking to realize her dream to run her own restaurant.
